Oil & Gas
Development of conceptual studies and plan for an oil refinery and petrochemical complex, with a capex of $15 billion, for Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Investors in Oman. This included the management of project studies carried out by a leading European EPC contractor and negotiation with feedstock suppliers.
Metal
Development of the world’s largest tube mill facility, with an investment of $1 billion, for a Saudi and European joint venture. This comprised project studies, the financial and valuation models, joint venture agreements, gas and land allocation, a basic engineering package, EIA, and project finance.
Oil & Gas
Promotion and technology deployment for a Canadian membrane bioreactor technology company in collaboration with Aramco and King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) Research Centre, using bench scale and pilot testing. The Canadian company was subsequently acquired by Veolia, the largest water company in the world.
Equipment
Promotion and technology deployment for a German process technology company as part of a Saudi partnership to conduct field trials for advanced industrial technology. Aramco was onboarded to localise servicing and manufacturing for the project.
Building Material
Advisory services for an international company pursuing a set up of local building materials manufacturing facilities.
Petrochemical
Development of market gap analysis and feasibility studies for a petrochemical complex, with a capex of $6 billion, for Saudi investors. In addition, our involvement comprised joint venture negotiations with a leading global petrochemical company, selection of product slates, and selection of process technologies.
Aerospace
Development of an aerospace equipment manufacturing and services project for a Saudi and a international partner with a target investment of $400 million.
Electronic
Development of intellectual property (IP) arrangements for electronic devices, for a venture between a leading global technology company and a Saudi technology group, with the strategic objectives to localise advanced technologies within GCC.
Chemical
Promotion and technology deployment for a German chemical company running field trials for advanced speciality chemicals, in collaboration with GCC key industrial clients. The German company was successfully awarded long-term contracts in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
Mega Project
Advisory services for several international companies in evaluating and structuring industrial mega projects in partnership with Saudi government-owned companies.
Chemical
Development of a chemicals manufacturing joint venture between Saudi and French companies. This consisted of Aramco lab and field trials, joint venture agreements, the technology license, technical support, and market arrangements.
Equipment
Development of international expansion and bidding for an Italian oil & gas equipment manufacturer, with the objective to localise manufacturing and services into the GCC region.
Environmental
Promotion and technology deployment for a Canadian environmental technology company across three projects, each valued at over $100 million, in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman.

Promotion and technology deployment for a Danish process technology company, to aid in setting up a process equipment facility in Jubail to serve oil & gas and petrochemical industries.
